Resonate Chorus was founded by Wes Dean, a lifelong musician with a passion for harmony and community. Before moving to Saratoga Springs, Wes was a proud member of The Vocal Majority, a world-renowned men’s chorus known for its precision, powerful sound, and ability to move audiences through song. His years with the Vocal Majority taught him not only the technical discipline of choral excellence but also the joy of singing in a group where every individual voice contributes to something greater.
When Wes settled in Utah, he saw an opportunity to bring that same spirit to his own community. Saratoga Springs is a place full of families, talent, and energy, but it lacked a dedicated community chorus where neighbors could come together to create music. Inspired by his experience with The Vocal Majority, Wes envisioned a choir that would be inclusive, uplifting, and rooted in connection—a place where anyone with a love of music could find their voice and share it.
From its very first rehearsal, Resonate was more than just a choir. It became a space where strangers became friends, voices blended into harmony, and music created a bridge across generations and backgrounds. Today, Resonate continues to grow, carrying forward Wes Dean’s vision of a chorus that is both excellent in performance and rich in community spirit.
